  Southeastern Decatur County in southwestern Georgia...
  Grady County in southwestern Georgia...

* Until 1030 AM EST
    
* At 953 AM EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Quincy, moving northeast at 55 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Havana around 1005 AM EST. 
  Whigham around 1020 AM EST. 
  Cairo around 1025 AM EST.
