  North central Shelby County in eastern Texas...

* Until 500 PM CDT
    
* At 423 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 7 miles southwest of Carthage, moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This dangerous storm will be near...
  Joaquin around 455 PM CDT. 

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Woods,
Deadwood and Gary City.

SOUTHEASTERN PANOLA AND NORTH CENTRAL SHELBY COUNTIES...
    
At 432 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 8 miles north of Tenaha, or 9 miles southeast of
Carthage, moving east at 65 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
