...A SLOW MOVING THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL WILL AFFECT
SOUTH CENTRAL WYTHE AND CENTRAL GRAYSON COUNTIES...
Until 645 PM EDT
At 600 PM EDT, a thunderstorm was located over Elk Creek, moving
northeast at 10 mph.
Winds in excess of 30 mph are possible with this storm, along with
occasional cloud to ground lightning. Doppler radar estimates that
as much as 2 inches of rainfall has fallen from this slow moving
thunderstorm in the past hour. Heavy rainfall expected with this
storm may trigger areas of minor flooding.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
