...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN HARRISON COUNTY...

At 635 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Lumberport, or
9 miles southwest of Mannington, moving east at 25 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and nickel size hail are possible with this
storm.

...HEAVY RAINFALL WILL AFFECT EAST CENTRAL PERRY AND NORTHWESTERN
MORGAN COUNTIES...

At 640 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms located along a
line extending from Somerset to near Perry State Forest.
Movement was east at 15 mph.

Locations impacted include...
Somerset, Perry State Forest and Crooksville.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with these storms, and may cause
localized flooding. One to two inches of rain can be expected in a
short time frame. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause elevated levels on
small creeks and streams, and ponding of water on country roads and
farmland along the banks of creeks and streams.
