  was located 12 miles north of Clinton, moving north at 25 mph.

At 544 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 12 miles southeast of Benson, or 16 miles south of 
Smithfield, moving north at 25 mph. Another severe storm capable of 
producing a tornado was approaching the Hobbton area from the south.

HAZARD...Tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is
