flash flooding in and around the Beulah area. Flooding has closed
North Creek Road from Central Avenue to the Pueblo Custer county
line, and Siloam Road from Highway 78 to Highway 96. Up to three
inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding will continue.
Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Southwestern Pueblo, Pueblo Reservoir, Pueblo West, San Isabel,
Beulah and Wetmore.
