* Until 615 PM MDT

* At 318 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to one half inch of rain has 
  fallen across eastern portions of the warning area. Flash flooding 
  is expected to begin shortly as it moves into the Junkins burn 
  scar.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Beulah and Wetmore. 

Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow 
moving through the Middle Hardscrabble, North Hardscrabble, 
Hardscrabble, North Creek. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, 
vegetation and other loose materials.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch are possible in the 
warned area.

At 412 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy 
rain across the warned area. Pueblo Doppler radar estimated up to 
one inch of rain has already fallen on the east side of the Junkins 
burn scar. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow 
moving through the Hardscrabble, North Hardscrabble, Middle 
Hardscrabble and North Creek. The debris flow can consist of rock, 
mud, vegetation and other loose materials.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Junkins Burn Scar, Beulah and Wetmore. 

Additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch are possible in the 
warned area.

At 500 PM MDT, trained weather spotters reported flash flooding in 
Junkins Burn scar along South Hardscrabble Creek. Pueblo Doppler 
Radar estimated up to 1.5 inches of rain have already fallen, with 
the heaviest amounts falling across the North Creek drainage. Flash 
flooding is already occurring.

Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow 
moving through the Middle Hardscrabble, North Hardscrabble, South 
Hardscrabble, Hardscrabble, and North Creek. The debris flow can 
consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Beulah and Wetmore. 

Additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch are possible in the 
warned area.

  is already occurring.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Junkins Burn scar, Beulah and Wetmore. 

Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow 
moving through the Hardscrabble, North and Middle Hardscrabble and 
North Creek. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation 
and other loose materials.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to an inch are possible in the 
warned area mainly on the lower eastern slopes of the burn scar.

Junkins Burn scar. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. 
Flash flooding is already occurring.

Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow 
moving through the Hardscrabble, North and Middle Hardscrabble and 
North Creek drainages.  The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, 
vegetation and other loose materials.   Highway 96 is closed at 
North Creek and North Creek cutoff in Pueblo county due to flooding.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Beulah and Wetmore. 

Additional rainfall amounts of up to 1/2 inch are possible in the 
warned area.

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Remain alert for flooding even in locations not receiving rain.
Arroyos, streams, and rivers can become raging killer currents in a

North Creek drainages. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, 
vegetation and other loose materials.

in the warned area.
