  Southwestern Las Animas County in southeastern Colorado...

* Until 1245 AM MDT

* At 1048 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated intense rainfall along I-
  25 from Trinidad to the New Mexico border. Flash flooding and 
  rockslides along I-25 is likely. Radar estimates 1 inch of rain 
  has fallen in 15 minutes between Trinidad and Raton Pass.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Trinidad, Starkville and Raton Pass.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1245 AM MDT FOR
SOUTHWESTERN LAS ANIMAS COUNTY...

At 1124 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated rain was gradually 
decreasing along I-25 between Trinidad and Raton Pass. Radar 
estimated between 1.0 and 1.5 inches of rain fell between 1045 ann 
1125 pm. Be alert for water and rock debris on the interstate 
between Trinidad and Raton Pass.

Trinidad, Starkville and Raton Pass.
