North central El Paso County in east central Colorado... * Until 600 PM MDT * At 354 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. The heaviest rain has fallen in the Peyton areas and southeast of Black Forrest. 1.5 inches of rain fell in the Black Forest area in 25 minutes. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
