  Central Carbon County in northeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 1045 PM EDT

* At 643 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain has 
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the 
  areas of heaviest rain.

* Some locations that could experience flooding include...
  Jim Thorpe, Nesquehoning, Weatherly, Lansford, Summit Hill, Beaver
  Meadows and Tresckow.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
