East central Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania... * Until 1015 PM EDT * At 616 PM EDT...Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Doppler radar indicated up to one inch of rain has already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly in the areas of heaviest rain. * Some locations that could experience flooding include...
