The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Central Carter County in southern Oklahoma...

* Until 1115 PM CDT
    
* At 1039 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a
  tornado was located near Wilson, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Lone Grove, Wilson and Springer. 

This includes Interstate 35 between mile markers 36 and 44.
 
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a storm shelter, safe room or an interior
room on the lowest floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you
are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest

CARTER COUNTY...
    
At 1050 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 6 miles north of Lone Grove, moving northeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado and golf ball size hail. 

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage 
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree damage is 
         likely.
