  De Kalb County in Middle Tennessee...

* Until 845 AM CST

* At 541 AM CST, emergency management reported water rescues in the 
  city of Dowelltown due to high water from overnight thunderstorms. 
  Since yesterday afternoon, 3 to 5 inches of rain have fallen 
  across a broad area in DeKalb County, and additional rainfall is 
  occurring this morning.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Smithville, Alexandria, Dowelltown, Liberty, Center Hill Lake and
  Edgar Evans State Park.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
