  Southeastern Santa Rosa County in northwestern Florida...

* Until 100 PM CDT

* At 953 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across Santa Rosa and Okaloosa Counties. Up to two 
  inches of rain have already fallen across this area, and an 
  additional 1 to 3 inches of rain will be possible through early 
  afternoon as additional showers and thunderstorms move into the 
  region. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Wright, Fort Walton Beach, Crestview, Eglin AFB, Mary Esther, Ocean
  City, Lake Lorraine, Baker, Shalimar, Cinco Bayou and Navarre
  Beach.
