.DISCUSSION...

...Much Colder with Steady to Falling Temperatures This Afternoon...

Currently-Today...Ltst analysis shows the cold front has pressed
through Martin County as of 9 AM. Heavier showers located ahead of
the frontal boundary are now located over the Marine area with some
lingering lighter showers remaining behind the front to the I-4
corridor. Widespread cloudiness will linger behind the front this
morning, then a gradual diminishing of clouds and showers can be
expected from north to south this afternoon.

The cloud cover and cold advection will keep temperatures from
rising during the day.  Readings will be in the 50s and 60s and
remain so or begin falling.

Tonight...Skies will rapidly clear out early as axis of mid level
trough aloft passes.  Fresh northwest low level winds behind the
front will usher in much colder air.  Min temps across the area are
forecast in the mid-upper 30s but no frost is expected due to the
dryness of the air and boundary layer winds staying 10-15 mph. A
wind chill advisory may be necessary early Sun morning for values
in the lower-mid 30s.

.AVIATION...
Conditions should gradually become MVFR by late morning. Storms have
moved over the Atlc waters as of 915 AM.

Gusty northwest winds 20-25 knots wl develop during the late morning
and continue into afternoon.  Ceilings at or above FL035 will
persist well into the afternoon then skies will clear out by early
this evening and winds will diminish.

.MARINE...
Today-Tonight...Hazardous boating conditions with strong and gusty
west/northwest winds kicking in behind cold front which will move
southeast of the waters this morning. In addition, the weather will
be poor with wet conditions this morning and into the afternoon over
the southern waters. It will also be much colder through tonight.

.FIRE WEATHER...
Sun-Mon...Min RH values 25-30 percent are forecast over parts of the
area both days. Recent rainfall should help mitigate the overall
fire weather hazards however.

THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR EAST CENTRAL FLORIDA.

.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.

.WIND AND SEA IMPACT...
Northwest winds of 20 to 25 knots behind a strong cold front which
pushed through east central Florida this morning will cause seas to
build to 6 to 9 feet in the near shore Atlantic waters by this
afternoon. A Small Craft Advisory is in effect for all of the
central Florida Atlantic coastal waters.

.EXCESSIVE COLD IMPACT...
The coldest air of the season will overspread east central Florida
through tonight. Low temperatures will drop into the middle and
upper 30s by sunrise on Sunday. The cold temperatures will combine
with northwest winds around 10 mph, will produce wind chill readings
in the lower to mid 30s across much of east central Florida.

If you will be outside tonight or early tomorrow, be sure to dress
appropriately for these much colder temperatures, including a coat,
hat, gloves, and even a scarf.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.
Hazardous boating conditions will continue through Sunday afternoon.
Temperatures will drop into the mid to upper 30s again early Monday
morning, and with diminishing winds, patchy frost is possible.
