At 441 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located along a line extending from River Road to near Ransomville. Movement was south at 25 mph. Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail are possible with these storms. Locations impacted include... along a line extending from near Neuse Forest to near Cedar Island.
Movement was southeast at 15 mph.
Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with these storms.

Island, Sealevel, Marshallberg, Davis, Smyrna, Merrimon, Straits,
Atlantic, Pine Knoll Shores, Neuse Forest, Cedar Island Ferry
Terminal, Cherry Branch Ferry Terminal, Michael J Smith Airport and
Oceana Pier.
