A Marginal Risk for Severe Storms exists across the remainder of the Mid South. A line of thunderstorms are expected to develop just west of the Mississippi River by early afternoon and push across areas east of the river through early evening. The primary severe weather risk will be damaging winds. A wind advisory remains in effect across much of the Mid South today. .DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT... Spotter activation may be needed across portions of the Mid South this afternoon through early evening. JLH
