* At 923 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Buckhorn, moving east at 55 mph.
HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.
* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
northeastern Pike and southern Brown Counties in west central
Illinois, including the following locations: Versailles, Perry,
Coopertown, Chambersburg and La Grange.
