front over the Ohio Valley serves as a focus for development.

AND EAST CENTRAL CASEY COUNTIES...

At 345 PM EDT, radar indicated strong thunderstorms were located
along a line extending from 9 miles north of Hogue to Science Hill.
Movement was northeast at 40 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with these
storms.

...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHWESTERN SPENCER AND NORTH
CENTRAL NELSON COUNTIES...

At 408 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Bardstown,
moving northeast at 25 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and dime size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Bardstown, Wakefield, Samuels, East Bardstown, Highgrove, Samuels
Field Airport, Deatsville, Withrow, Bourbon Springs and Coxs Creek.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
