Street on the river side of the flood wall will flood as water
overtops the Rio Oil Company dock. Buildings on the river side of
the Berwick floodwall will flood. River traffic restrictions will
be strictly enforced.

be under water. Water will cover the lower end of Belleview Front

be under water. Water will cover the lower end of Belleview Front
Street in Berwick. Vessel traffic will be affected by stronger

Expecting another mostly dry day across the forecast area today.
Forecast soundings show a fairly deep layer of dry air in the mid
levels which should preclude most convective development. Did keep
a 20 POP in for the nwrn 1/4 of the area where the dry layer is a
little less prominent, but still rain chances look rather slim.
Whatever convection that develops should die off with sunset, with
all zones POP-free for tonight. As we move into Friday, POPs
increase slightly as forecast soundings indicate improved
moisture profiles, while a weak disturbance aloft rounding the
mid/upper-level low is progged to push past the region.
Rain chances ramp up for the weekend as the low opens up and
ejects newd into the nrn Plains/wrn Great Lakes, pulling an
associated trof axis/sfc front towards the forecast area, along
with more enhanced/deeper moisture. POPs currently peak late in
the weekend as the weak cool front moves into the area before
stalling/washing out. Small rain chances linger through the
remainder of the forecast period as another shortwave dropping
through the cntl CONUS trof and associated sfc front move past the
region very late.
