heavy rain across the warned area. Rainfall amounts from 2 to 4
inches of rain have fallen with thunderstorm training to increase
the threat for flash flooding. Flash flooding is expected to begin
shortly over southwest Holt County.

rain across the warned area. Two to four inches of rain have fallen.
Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly or may already be
ongoing. Thunderstorms remain over the area and will likely produce
additional localized heavy rainfall through 330 PM CDT.

At 500 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles north of Atkinson to 12 miles
northeast of Calamus Reservoir State Recreation Area. Movement was
east at 20 mph.
These storms are producing intense rainfall with 2 to 3 inches in
1 hour. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
