* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Loup County in north central Nebraska...
  Garfield County in north central Nebraska...
  Northern Custer County in central Nebraska...

* Until midnight CDT Wednesday

* At 554 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have
  already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Burwell, Taylor, Arnold, Sargent, Merna, Anselmo, Comstock,
  Victoria Springs State Recreation Area, Calamus Reservoir State
  Recreation Area, Weissert, Lillian, Walworth, Virginia Smith Dam,
  Kent Diversion Dam State Wildlife Management Area, Homestead Knolls
  Campground, Nunda Shoal Campground, Gables, Round Valley, Hannamon
  Bayou Campground and Arcadia Diversion Dam State Wildlife
  Management Area.

Additional rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

This includes the following highways...
 Highway 183 between mile markers 103 and 131.
 Highway 2 between mile markers 254 and 271.
 Highway 92 between mile markers 252 and 273.

rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have already
fallen. Flooding is already occuring in places.
