The National Weather Service in North Platte has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Southeastern Frontier County in southwestern Nebraska...

* Until 745 AM CDT Monday

* At 143 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Estimated 3 to 4 inches of rain 
  have fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Orafino.

Additional rainfall amounts of up to one inch are possible in 
the warned area.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are
potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded
roads. Find an alternate route.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.

SOUTHEASTERN FRONTIER COUNTY...

At 430 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated that heavy rain of 2 to 4 
inches fell across the warned area. While the heavy rain has ended, 
runoff from the earlier rainfall will create areas of flash flooding.
