* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Trujillo Alto Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Gurabo Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Caguas Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Juncos Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  San Lorenzo Municipality in Puerto Rico...

* Until 645 PM AST

* At 341 PM AST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rainS across the warned area. So far 
  two inches or more have already fallen and additional amounts of 
  an inch or more will remain possible with. Flash Flooding from 
  excessive runoff might be occurring or is expected to begin 
  shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Gurabo, San Lorenzo, Caguas, Trujillo Alto, Celada and Jagual. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

Stay away or be swept away. River banks and culverts can become
unstable and unsafe.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.

JUNCOS AND SAN LORENZO MUNICIPALITIES WILL EXPIRE AT 645 PM AST...

The heavy rain has ended. Flash Flooding is no longer expected to 
pose a threat. However excessive runoff will continue to affect 
rivers and streams at least during the next few hours. For this 
reason an urban and small stream advisory will remain in effect 
until 7:45 pm ast. Please continue to heed any remaining road 
closures and allow rivers and streams to return to normal levels.
