The National Weather Service in San Juan has issued a

* Flash Flood Warning for...
  Morovis Municipality in Puerto Rico...
  Ciales Municipality in Puerto Rico...

* Until 315 PM AST

* At 108 PM AST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Flash flooding is expected to
  begin shortly.

Excessive rainfall over the warned area will cause mud slides near
steep terrain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR MOROVIS AND CIALES MUNICIPALITIES WILL
EXPIRE AT 315 PM AST...

The strong thunderstorms and heavy rains have ended for now although 
light to moderate rains continue. Flash Flooding is no longer 
expected to pose an immediate threat at this time. However urban and 
small stream flooding will remain possible. Therefore the Flash 
Flood Warning will be allowed to expire, but an urban and small 
stream advisory will remain in effect until 6:15 pm Ast. Please 
continue to heed to any road closures, remain alert to rapid rises 
along small streams and ponding of water on roadways and poor 
drainage areas. Mudslide and rockfall will also remain possible in 
areas of steep terrain.
