Rainfall over the headwaters of the Cumberland and Kentucky
Rivers through tonight will lead to significant rises on these
tributaries and may result in minor flooding along rivers into
early next week.

Thunderstorms will be possible late Wednesday night through early
Thursday evening.

Thunderstorms are possible at times again from Friday through
Saturday.

...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT UNTIL 4 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...

This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of eastern Kentucky.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight.

Isolated thunderstorms will be possible this morning.

Showers will likely bring some heavy to excessive rainfall to
locations generally south and east of the Hal Rogers Parkway and
Highway 80 corridor today. As a result, flash flooding will be
possible - particularly in and near the higher terrain along the
Virginia border.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday.

Rainfall over the headwaters of the Cumberland and Kentucky

tributaries and may result in flooding along rivers into the start
of next week.
