This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of southwest
Michigan...northern Indiana and northwest Ohio.

.DAY ONE...This afternoon and Tonight

Heavy rainfall is expected tonight which will likely cause flooding
along some rivers and other low lying areas. There is a chance of
thunderstorms this evening. A few of these storms may be strong to
marginally severe south of highway 24. The main severe weather
threat is for hail up to one inch in diameter.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Thursday through Tuesday

North winds may gust to 50 mph on Thursday. See the wind advisory for
more details.

Flooding on some rivers in the area will likely persist into early
next week.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation may be needed late this afternoon and this
evening over southeast portions of the area.

along a line extending from near Fort Wayne to 7 miles northeast of
Montpelier to near Dunkirk. Movement was northeast at 50 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with these
storms.

Locations impacted include...
Fort Wayne, New Haven, Bluffton, Decatur, Berne, Ossian, Dunkirk,
Montpelier, Antwerp, Woodburn, Geneva, Monroeville, Payne, Convoy,
Monroe, Pennville, Center, Middletown, Middlebury and Preble.

This includes INTERSTATE 469 between MILE MARKERs 0 and 2, between
MILE MARKERs 4 and 6, and between MILE MARKERs 9 and 23.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe

Kalida, Convoy, Glandorf, Ottoville, Ohio City, Spencerville In Allen
