  Northwestern Clay County in west central Indiana...
  Southwestern Parke County in west central Indiana...
  Southern Vermillion County in west central Indiana...

* Until 1115 PM EDT

* At 712 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have 
  already fallen in portions of southern Vigo and southwest Parke
  county. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Terre Haute, Brazil, Clinton, West Terre Haute, Fairview Park,
  Seelyville, Rosedale, Staunton, Universal, Fontanet, Shepardsville,
  Bridgeton, North Terre Haute and Indiana State University.

This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 2 and 5, and between
mile markers 12 and 22.
