The National Weather Service in Lincoln has issued a

* Tornado Warning for...
  Southwestern Marshall County in central Illinois...
  North central Peoria County in central Illinois...

* Until 630 PM CDT

* At 603 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a 
  tornado was located between Princeville and Dunlap, or 12 miles 
  north of Peoria, moving northeast at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Weather spotters reported funnel cloud. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southwestern Marshall and north central Peoria Counties, including
  the following locations: Lawn Ridge and Hopewell.

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter

limits, and no longer appears capable of producing a tornado.
Therefore the warning has been cancelled.

A severe thunderstorm watch remains in effect until 1100 PM CDT for
central and north central Illinois.

agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
Lincoln.

Remember, a Severe Thunderstorm Warning still remains in effect for
northern Peoria County until 7 pm.
