extending from near Neville to 8 miles southeast of Falmouth, moving
east at 15 mph.

Maysville, Georgetown, Ripley, Augusta, Felicity, Brooksville,
Russellville, Hamersville, Mount Olivet, Dover, Higginsport,

Arlington, moving northeast at 45 mph.

 I-70 in Ohio between mile markers 93 and 100.
