* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 326 PM EDT, radar indicated that heavy rain had fallen across
  the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.
  Heavy rain continues to fall with another 1 to 2 inches possible.
  Runoff from this excessive rainfall will cause flash flooding to 
  occur. Water was reported flowing over a road near Samantha in 
  Highland County.

At 417 PM EDT, radar indicated that heavy rain had fallen across the 
warned area. 2 to 3 inches of rain have fallen. Heavy rain continues 
to fall with another 1 to 2 inches possible. Runoff from this 
excessive rainfall will cause flash flooding to occur.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Hillsboro, Greenfield, Blanchester, Lynchburg, Leesburg, New Vienna,
Russell, Fayetteville, Highland, South Salem, St. Martin, Chasetown,
East Monroe, Samantha, Paint Creek State Park, Westboro and Lake
Lorelei.
