* Flash Flood Warning for...
  South central Bibb County in central Georgia...
  Northeastern Peach County in central Georgia...
  Northeastern Houston County in central Georgia...

* Until 630 AM EDT

* At 1230 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Three to five inches of rain 
  have fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Warner Robins, Centerville, Byron, Robins Air Force Base, Elberta
  and Middle Georgia Regional Airport.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 630 AM EDT FOR
SOUTH CENTRAL BIBB...NORTHEASTERN PEACH AND NORTHEASTERN HOUSTON
COUNTIES...

At 238 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
three to five inches had fallen between 10 PM EDT and 1 AM EDT. 
Although the rain has ended, runoff from heavy rainfall will 
continue to fill larger creeks and streams in the area resulting in 
additional flooding.  

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Warner Robins, Centerville, Byron, Robins Air Force Base, Elberta and
Middle Georgia Regional Airport.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding. Never drive into flooded areas. Remember, turn 
around and don't drown.
