  Bexar County in south central Texas...

* Until 1015 AM CDT

* At 714 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across Bexar County. Up to one inch of rain has already 
  fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  San Antonio, Schertz, Universal City, Live Oak, Selma, Stinson
  Municipal Airport, San Antonio Int Ap, Randolph AFB, Leon Valley,
  Kirby, Helotes, Alamo Heights, Fair Oaks Ranch, Windcrest, Terrell
  Hills, Shavano Park, Hollywood Park, Lytle, Olmos Park and St.
  Hedwig.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

At 819 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
thunderstorms producing heavy rain over the warned area. Between 1 
and 2 inches of rain has fallen across the county with isolated 
pockets up to 3 inches. Several low water crossings in San Antonio 
and Bexar County are reported flooded by emergency management and 
fire department officials.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
San Antonio, Schertz, Universal City, Live Oak, Selma, Stinson
Municipal Airport, San Antonio Int Ap, Randolph AFB, Leon Valley,
Kirby, Helotes, Alamo Heights, Fair Oaks Ranch, Windcrest, Terrell
Hills, Shavano Park, Hollywood Park, Lytle, Olmos Park and St.
Hedwig.

  have been reported through the morning. Automated rain gauges and 
  radar indicate between 2 and 4 inches of rain have occurred across 
  much of Bexar County, with isolated pockets up to 5 inches, and it 
  will take additional time for this water to subside.
