  Northeastern Clinton County in northwestern Missouri...
  Caldwell County in north central Missouri...

* Until 815 PM CST
    
* At 750 PM CST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located 7 miles west of Kingston, or 8 miles south of Cameron,
  moving east at 50 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* Locations impacted include...
  Cameron, Hamilton, Polo, Kingston and Kidder. 

This includes Interstate 35 in Missouri between mile markers 43 and
