  Southwestern Miami County in east central Kansas...
  Linn County in east central Kansas...
  Bates County in west central Missouri...

* Until 945 AM CDT

* At 549 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain moving into the warned area. Rainfall rates of 2 to 3 
  inches per hour are expected as the storms move south through the 
  warned area. 3 to as much as 6 inches of rain is possible with 
  this cluster of storms. Flash flooding is expected to begin 
  shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Paola, Osawatomie, Butler, Rich Hill, Pleasanton, La Cygne, Mound
  City, Linn Valley, Hume, Prescott, Fontana, Amsterdam, Amoret,
  Rockville, Foster, Worland, New Lancaster and Beagle.
