* Tornado Warning for...
  Southwestern Madison County in south central Iowa...
  Southern Adair County in southwestern Iowa...

* Until 500 PM CDT.

* At 425 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located near Greenfield, moving east at 30 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado and quarter size hail. 

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation. 

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without 
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. 
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree 
           damage is likely. 

* This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
  southwestern Madison and southern Adair Counties, including the
  following locations: Nodaway Park, Orient, Macksburg and
  Fontanelle.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

This Tornado Warning replaces the Severe Thunderstorm Warning issued
for the same area.

TAKE COVER NOW! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
