Rain is expected to change over to snow in these areas. Only light snow accumulations are expected with minimal impacts. There will be a chance for snow to mix with rain across much of South Texas late tonight, mainly South of Hwy 181. Small Craft Advisory will be needed for Friday as seas will be slow to subside.
