main threat will be strong damaging wind gusts and large hail.

Heavy rain is also possible Wednesday as the air mass becomes quite
moist across the region. There is the possibility for more localized
flooding; especially in poor drainage areas.

At 226 PM EDT, strong thunderstorms were clusters from near
Chatfield, to southeast of Mount Vernon near Martinsburg.  moving
northeast at 20 mph.

Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail are possible with
some of these storms and locally heavy rainfall.

Mansfield, Mount Vernon, Bucyrus, Mount Gilead, Galion, Shelby,
Ontario, Lexington, Crestline, Fredericktown, Gambier, Cardington,
