FOR SOUTHERN HURON...RICHLAND AND EASTERN CRAWFORD COUNTIES...

At 446 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Willard, or 13
miles southwest of Norwalk, moving east at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Two inch hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
