  Southeastern Richland County in north central Ohio...
  Southeastern Ashland County in north central Ohio...
  Western Holmes County in northeastern Ohio...
  Northeastern Knox County in north central Ohio...

* Until 945 PM EDT Tuesday

* At 343 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing 
  heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have 
  already fallen in some locations and additional rainfall is 
  expected. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
  Mansfield, Mount Vernon, Lexington, Loudonville, Fredericktown,
  Gambier, Bellville, Danville, Killbuck, Glenmont, Nashville,
  Butler, Perrysville, Lucas, Gann and North Liberty.

Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the 
warned area.

...THE FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 945 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHEASTERN RICHLAND...SOUTH CENTRAL ASHLAND...SOUTHWESTERN HOLMES
AND NORTHEASTERN KNOX COUNTIES...

At 646 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated between one and a half and 
three inches of rain had fallen across the warning area. Area rivers 
and creeks are expected to rise as water continues to channel into 
area waterways. Flash flooding remains possible. 

Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Mansfield, Lexington, Loudonville, Fredericktown, Bellville,
Danville, Killbuck, Glenmont, Nashville, Butler, Perrysville, Gann
and North Liberty.

Rising water levels are expected on both the Black and Clear Fork of 
the Mohican River. Stay away from swift flowing rivers. 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

It is important to know where you are relative to streams, rivers, 
or creeks which can become killers in heavy rains. Campers and 
hikers should avoid streams or creeks.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you 
can do so safely.
