Heavy Rain: Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms
could impact interior Southeast South Carolina this afternoon
and evening. These storms will be very slow moving and capable
of producing localized rain amounts in excess of 2 inches in a very
short time. Minor flooding of low lying and poor drainage areas will
be possible.
