...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT SOUTHEASTERN OSWEGO COUNTY...

At 422 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Cicero, or 8
miles north of Syracuse, moving east at 35 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Oneida Lake, Constantia, Cleveland, Bernhards Bay, Lower South Bay
and Lakeport.

This storm will cross Oneida Lake, boaters on the lake should seek
safe harbor immediately.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
