* At 454 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Pavilion, or
  9 miles southeast of Batavia, moving northeast at 35 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

extending from Spencerport to near Caledonia, moving northeast at 45
mph.
