Livingston...Monroe...Ontario...Southern Erie...Wayne and Wyoming. * From Sunday afternoon through Sunday evening. * Another very moist airmass will move into western and central NY on Sunday with a potenial for training heavy thunderstorms from the western Southern Tier across the Genesee Valley and western Finger Lakes to the eastern Lake Ontario region. Two to four inches of rainfall or locally higher amounts within a hour or two could bring flash flooding from mid-late Sunday afternoon into Sunday evening. * Urban areas and areas with steep terrain will be most vulnerable to flash flooding.
