* At 454 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Le Roy, or 8
  miles southeast of Batavia, moving northeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  IMPACT...Minor damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind damage 
           to trees and power lines.
