Slightly cooler with increased winds this afternoon and into the
evening hours over the plains and higher elevations.

sliding south across the region is expected to bring snow, strong
winds and much colder temperatures the high country. Snowfall in
the mountains could be heavy at times on Friday and Friday night.
Strong gusty winds will also produce areas of blowing snow
creating poor travel conditions.

On the plains, a few rain and snow showers can be expected with
late on Friday with the passage of a strong cold front. Any snow
accumulation should be minor and confined to areas near the
foothills and on the Palmer Divide.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
