* At 455 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from near Lyle to near Osage to near Rockwell, moving
  east at 65 mph.

  HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts. 

  SOURCE...Law enforcement. These storms have a history of 55 to 65 mph 
           winds. A measured wind gust of 65 mph was reported 2 miles north 
           of Charles City.

  IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
