  CENTRAL GRAHAM COUNTY IN SOUTHEASTERN ARIZONA...

* UNTIL 115 AM MST

* AT 1111 PM MST...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM IS
  PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL RATES ACROSS SAFFORD. DOPPLER RADAR
  INDICATED BETWEEN 1 AND 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE CITY.
  GIVEN THE SLOW MOTION AND LONG DURATION OF THIS STORM...UP TO
  ONE INCH OF ADDITIONAL RAINFALL IS POSSIBLE. FLASH FLOODING IS
  EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.
