  DOUGLAS COUNTY IN EAST CENTRAL KANSAS...

* UNTIL 1015 PM CDT

* AT 621 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. ONE TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAS
  ALREADY FALLEN. FLASH FLOODING IS EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  LAWRENCE...BALDWIN CITY...EUDORA...LECOMPTON...CLINTON...LONE STAR...
  PLEASANT GROVE...CLINTON LAKE...GLOBE AND VINLAND.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF ONE TO TWO INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
