  SOUTH-CENTRAL AND EAST-CENTRAL ILLINOIS
  INDIANA

* EFFECTIVE THIS FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY MORNING FROM 730 PM
  UNTIL 200 AM EDT.

* PRIMARY THREATS INCLUDE...
  A COUPLE TORNADOES POSSIBLE
  ISOLATED DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH POSSIBLE

SUMMARY...A VERY MOIST ENVIRONMENT AND STRENGTHENING
DEEP-LAYER/LOW-LEVEL SHEAR WILL SUPPORT THE POSSIBILITY OF
